While green has appeared to be more amenable in certain areas of late where it is in her best interest ( her sons increase of healthcare costs ACA ) She has not changed her stripes she is still a stanch maga pushing her agenda of persecution of the trans gender community. I still just don’t understand this position. What are they afraid of do they really believe that denying health care will change a persons genetic makeup. It will not, the only thing it will do is cause more harm, more distress and suicides. This bill must be defeated anyone who votes for this must be held to account

What is happening to the trans community is happening to all of us in one way or another, as bigots, religious fanatics, conspiracy theorists and hillbilly lawmakers take over public health -- unaffordable insurance, measles outbreaks, women dying from pregnancy complications, hospitals closing -- on and on. Granted this will likely not become law - but if it ever did, it’s important to note that it would run directly counter to the laws of at least a dozen blue states, which firmly protect GAC including that for minors. In some cases it is written into the state constitution. Some of these blue states are among the largest and most powerful in the country (CA, IL, NY, WA). Granted, federal law normally overrides state law, but this would still cause huge opposition, backlash and resistance in these states and would likely be seen as federal overreach. So maybe this would trigger a “soft secession” that has been described/written about in the media?
Despite her significant rift over the Epstein Files with the creaky, child predator-in-chief, MTG is still mostly clueless about how to protect children at risk.
ANYONE who votes to make this a felony is a dumb political opportunist and/or simply a bigot.

I called my Representative-Val Hoyle- and got a supportive agreement that she will be voting against this bill. If only everything was this easy...
