Political violence and eliminationism targeted towards the transgender community is on the rise. Many of the most famous right-wing figures are now explicitly calling for genocidal policy.
what is the most effective tool to stop these whacked people? I struggle with this. For the amount of harm they are doing, I dont see enough people, allies, trans and cis fighting this. Am I missing something because I am ready to see what more we can do.
I'm the mom of a transgender son and an enby son. I'm also a non-traditional student at UCLA, Sociology major, LGBTQS minor. I'm scared to death, and trying to do more. I don't know what to do. You think I am afraid of these Twitter trolls I’ve spent more than a day thinking of ways to get Daily Wire kicked off Amazon AWS , a concerted effort has DailyStormer jumping from host to host at least affecting them for awhile and given Daily Wire dependence on AWS it would take them some time to recover and send a message now the bad news Amazon takes in a lot from operation of that site it’s going to take an effort of public complaints business threats to pull resources with DailyStormer Cloudflare was first to respond to public protest next Amazon start by going to the Amazon site and filing an abuse report
I carry a sturdy cane umbrella and know stick and cane fighting. I will only use it if all else fails.
But the best thing any of us can do is to be visible. I know that's a hard one. But if we stay out of sight, they can villify us all they want. If we give people a chance to meet us, we no longer remain an abstract idea that can be twisted around.
We are taking notes and learning an awful lot in the fight against Trans people. Living in NC I have seen what businesses, sporting venues and teams, conferences and conventions did when confronted with the now defunct bathroom bill. I have heard nothing about industries or events changing venues do to anti-trans bills. WHY?
Actions by other allies who disagree with anti trans bills could help to slow their emergence.
Equality groups in attacking states have been proven to be toothless. Is this because it’s Trans issues and not GLB issues being singled out?
Why haven’t I heard more about Trans people joining the ACLU? The only organization willing declare legal war on these terrible Trans bills.
Why is it that every single report on TV and news like MSNBC and others, only have interviews with Drag Queens instead of Trans people and leaders? 75% of the drag community don’t even claim to be Transgender or want to be associated as such. Where are our Trans leaders hiding?

We need to launch a trans positive network it can be done in 3 months if we can find angel investment
