I would love to see a large underground of services to help Trans youth get started. The same way I would like to see the same thing for medication abortion.

Every time the jackals in charge chew off another service we require, we gather together to provide the service with our own money. It makes you wonder why we even have this governmental involvement. Surely not to serve the people who elected it!

Thanks for sharing the TYEP’s info, Erin. I was unaware that they existed, and thanks to the awareness you provided, I was able to support them financially. I feel devastated for trans kids and their families right now; we’ve gotta stick together and help each other as much as we can!

Regarding the topic i have also sent the following to Leader Jefferies and Senator Schumer with the appropriate adjustments>

I am writing to demand decisive leadership and immediate consequences for any member of Congress who has voted for, supports, or in any way advances legislation that restricts, bans, or undermines access to transgender health care.

There can be no neutrality, excuses, or procedural cover for attacks on the lives and bodily autonomy of transgender people. Legislation targeting trans health care is not a “policy disagreement.” It is a direct assault on civil rights, medical freedom, and human dignity. Members who engage in this conduct are actively aiding harm and discrimination.

As Democratic Leader, you have both the authority and the responsibility to act. Any member who has voted for or votes for anti–transgender health care legislation must be immediately removed from all committee assignments and barred from positions of influence within the caucus. Anything less signals tolerance for bigotry and abandonment of the party’s stated commitment to equality and justice.

The Democratic Party cannot credibly claim to defend civil rights while allowing members to participate in legislative violence against a vulnerable community without consequence. Failure to act is itself a choice—and it will be remembered by voters, advocates, and history.

This is a line that must not be crossed. Enforce it.

Sincerely,

At the same time, I want to celebrate the existence of this organization, and the people behind it, for shielding innocent children from tyranny... but I also can't help mourning the tragic necessity of it all. I fear that we'll need a lot more heroes, before all is said and done.

We have been using TYEP with the Campaign for Southern Equality since gender affirming care became illegal for youth in Tennessee a few years ago. They are a great organization!

Do we know when this new atrocity is going to take effect. Basically most hospitals cannot survive without Medicaid funds. So does that mean all these hospitals will either close or stop providing care to transgender people.

Thank you! You have more patients than I do, I’d be in jail if I had to keep up with all their eugenic BS. Is there a link for public comments?

More power to them, to do what is needed now but should be unnecessary.

I don't think this bill is up for public comment - I did find the following - If i am mistaken someone please correct me🔎

How to Find This Bill and Where to Comment

You can look up the official legislative status and text and see actions for H.R. 3492 on Congress.gov — that’s the authoritative federal site for tracking bills:

👉 Search “H.R. 3492” on Congress.gov to view the full bill text and latest status.

Once you’re there, you’ll often see options like “Contact Your Member” or links to the committees handling it (especially the Senate committees it’s now referred to).

📌 What’s Happening Next with H.R. 3492

After passing the House, it must be considered by the Senate.

If the Senate passes it without changes, it goes to the President to be signed into law or vetoed.

If the Senate amends it, it may return to the House for concurrence.

Committee hearings in the Senate may provide opportunities for public or expert testimony.

Because the Senate has not advanced it yet, it remains in the legislative process rather than a final law.

📍 If You’re Interested in Comments or Input
