This map helps you determine the likelihood your state will pass anti-trans legislation in the next 2 years. If you are moving or looking to move, or make other decisions, please use this map!
This is still not accurate. Illinois is under active fire right now, and Colorado already attempted to pass laws but barely eeked out a fail on the floor. you have to look at what is being brought to the floors to get a feel for the eco-systems of these states, not just whats in potential-protections. As -they- are attempting to bypass or change even those now. there are maybe only two states not introducing trans laws right now.
I am a doctor in X blue state. I open up a portal for folks in Y shite states with bad laws. I provide a free service (or nonprofit) that I provide evaluation and scripts in my licensed state or to a national delivery pharmacy. Basically online Rx. But I don’t verify their address, which I don’t have to. Online is online. They call and get script transferred from my state’s pharmacy to their pharmacy or if really shite state and no local pharmacist willing to fill we simply fill at National pharmacy. I forego insurance. They have to agree not verify their insurance status, basically direct fee for service care…. It would allow good samaritans like myself to help as a provider. Thoughts?
Erin, you may want to consider moving Michigan into Safest States with Protection in 2023. Democrats will control the Executive branch, both houses of the Legislature, and the Supreme Court beginning in January. Our AG is a lesbian. I would be amazed if transgender protections weren’t enacted in 2023.
A student asked me how to find a place where he is not frightened all the time.
One answer is that every place sucks for people who are different.
But some places are clearly more risky than others.
Thanks for your work. I'm sad that it has to be done, but thank you.
Note: Pennsylvania is shown on the maps as Low Risk, but is not listed in text bullet points.
Thank you for this resource! I'm going to forward it to my local rural queer support group in NEPA.

Here’s the solution…

Good, get the fuck out.
Sincerely,
Every person that wants nothing to do with your invalid gender cult

Note: New Hampshire is listed on both low-risk and moderate-risk lists of states, but is only on the moderate-risk map.
