I'm actually in Maryland and I can say it has taken me in, the state has been lovely to live in as a trans person.

I certainly hope this bill passes. Raising my eyebrows at the anti-vax quacks also showing themselves to be transphobes.

This is almost anti-climactic. I hope it passes, but boy do I feel like my ass has been kicked. So sick & tired of being a target. I live in GA and they're still after us.

Good for Maryland. I hope it passes. I was aware of Gov. Wes Moore’s executive order last year, but I have always felt that it’s even better to codify these types of protections into state law. Unlike Maine - which I am still very disappointed with - it seems like Maryland likely has what it takes to join the ranks of the most protective states. I hope it does do that. I’ve lived and worked in Maryland in the past, and it’s a great state.

Been in Maryland for 40+ years. It’s still got a couple rough spots, but those are dwindling. Really need this to pass
