It should go without saying, but no AG at any level anywhere in the country should have access to any of anybody's medical information without 𝘰𝘣𝘡𝘒π˜ͺ𝘯π˜ͺ𝘯𝘨 𝘒 𝘧𝘢𝘀𝘬π˜ͺ𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘒𝘳𝘳𝘒𝘯𝘡 𝘧π˜ͺ𝘳𝘴𝘡. "Controlled substance" or no, that data should be anonymized beyond the point of care, not be an open book for jackbooted jackasses to exploit whenever they feel like making someone's life miserable for cheap giggles... and it certainly shouldn't be in the hands of a corrupt, malevolent criminal like Paxton.

As a (formerly proud) Texan w an adult trans kid, this is horrifying!!! There is no doubt now that they are all Naxis. Every single one, with Paxton leading the charge for Texas.

We’re leaving this freaking state this summer, which makes me really sad. MAGA has turned this state into a hellhole of hatred, where it was once full of kind and friendly people who would go out of their way to help a stranger. I’m very thankful that I got to experience THAT Texas. Be safe out there y’all.

Again these republicans are putting their noses where that do not belong

I would love to turn the tables on them and stick my nose into their business and see how they like it

No AG should have access to medical records without a warrant, but that's just my opinion. I don't know the law on this, since I'm not an attorney.

I am wondering if there are online pharmacies in America that we can use to get these hormones and not be registered in the PDMPs data base. I can get estrogen using Amazon Pharmacy, but of course it's not a controlled substance. But, given the crap going on this dystopian hellscape of a state, it might be good to start using other sources for my medicines. Does anyone out there know about this?

Leaving Texas is a good strategy and I've been encouraging transgender advocacy groups to start fundraising in order to assist Trans people leaving dangerous Nazi shit hole states.

We cannot forget about and leave our Trans siblings behind in red states.

Damn it. He is going to find out about the Valtrex now. I didn’t say anything to him, I just played dumb but he totally got it from me. I figured it was fair though since I got the clap from him.

What’s good for the fox is good for the hound !! We’d all love to know what controlled substances these red state politicians are on.

MAGA politicians are obviously on Power and Cruelty (over the counter drugs). Every State and Federal Agency should forced to obtain warrants for this information .

99% of gender affirming medical and endocrinological care is consumed by cisgender people.

Viagra and Cialis are GAC.

Penis enlargement and erectile devices are GAC.

HRT for Peri/menopause and low T is GAC.

Battling hair loss/thinning and MPB is GAC.

Breast enhancement and reduction plus gynecomastia treatment are GAC.

Precocious puberty treatment is GAC.

Cosmetic plastic genital surgery is GAC.

Hysterectomies and prostectomies are GAC.

Tubal ligations and vasectomies are GAC.

There's not a single procedure or modality used by transgender people that wasn't first developed by and for cisgender people and predominantly used by cisgender people.

Denying gender affirming healthcare to transgender Americans is inherently immoral, discriminatory, unconstitutional, and logically indefensible.

They take something most people would have supported and turn it into something sad and scary.
