A Federal Judge in Georgia has blocked a gender affirming care ban from taking effect. In doing so, she also debunked several anti-trans talking points, including the idea of "low quality evidence."
This is very good news, and thank you Erin for such excellent reporting! Now if only a similar court block could occur for the recent legislative bans in North Carolina. Medical decisions should always rest with patients and doctors, not politicians
Not quite the anniversary yet Sherman’s spirit and his “march to the sea” spirit is finally winning in Georgia. The same confederate state which gave us such epic losses as MJT and Herschel Walker (comical to watch). The same stronghold of tyranny is now standing up for what is right, blocking this legislation and the indictments of the Trump 18. Georgia, never thought I’d see a confederate state doing something democratic, but hats off to you!
Just reading the ruling. The judge referenced the 303 Creative ruling to support a finding of imminent injury. That is a deliciously sick burn. I'm case anyone was looking for a dose of schadenfreude this morning.

I'm hoping some of these NC laws get blocked as well.
