If this is the worst they've got right now, I hope they never learn and continue to do this and then get dunked on every time. Here's to hoping they waste more time and money so we have an outlet for our memes and shitposts.

It occurs to me that perhaps that tip line could be used to report genuine examples of racism, transphobia, homophobia, crony hires and laws that violate civil rights. What if we flooded their tip line with real examples? There are thousands, of course, since this administration and its cronies are so openly and viciously violating the civil rights of millions of American and world citizens.

But remember, the OCR or Office of Civil Rights, for both the Department of Education and the Department of Justice, have been forbidden to investigate reports of racism EXCEPT "racism" against White men, ditto for sexism, unless it's "sexism" against White men. The oppressor class has weaponized the tools of redress against non-whites, women, and LGBTQ Americans in order to enforce White male privilege.

It won't take that long, red states are ten years ahead on these initiatives. They began in 2010 when the GOPSCROTUS damaged enforcement of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and killed enforcement of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Some say even earlier when the GOPSCROTUS elevated first amendment religious freedom rights OF CHRISTIANS ONLY above all OTHER constitutional freedoms of non-Christians, non-whites, women, and LGBTQ Americans ESPECIALLY using the RFRA 1993 (Religious Freedom Restoration Act) and state level FADA laws (First Amendment Defense Act, declaring the rights of Christians to hate LGBTQ Americans and women were more important than basic civil rights for LGBTQ and female citizens and other Americans). FADA has failed federally several times 2018-2023, but it will almost certainly pass in the 119th Congress unless Democrats successfully filibuster it.

Gilead is coming not in some dystopic future day but before the House leaves for its annual summer break July 24th, 2025. It isn't scheduled in the House yet but they're not going to rely on EOs to reify faith over all else.

They do have bills to push making English the national language and Christianity the national religion.

GOPSCROTUS can always take a RFRA case and use it to create an equivalent new law but they're running out of time to schedule one before the June break, unless it's a shadow docket case.

Dear Dept of Education. I see any number of totally unqualified persons being included in the people's government: Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Seth Hegseth, Marco Rubio, etc etc. They are being included on the basis of race and gender, and not merit, thereby violating the order against DEI. Please see to it that they lose their positions. Thank you.

I have simplified our preamble to the US Constitution perhaps maybe making it easier for the Republican Party to understand the reason our government was founded in the first place.

If you happen to know a republican, please pass it along. It could be possible that some people don’t know the United States government was founded for the people. Not for the billionaires, but for the everyday people who live within our boundaries.

Preamble to the United States Constitution (Rewritten for Idiocracy)

Basically, we, the people living in the United States, wrote this Constitution to:

Make our country even better and more united. (form a more perfect Union)

Make sure everyone gets fair treatment. (establish Justice)

Keep peace at home. (insure domestic Tranquility)

Protect our country from enemies. (provide for the common defence)

Help everyone live a good life. (promote the general Welfare)

Make sure we and our kids always have freedom. (secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity)

That's why we are creating this plan for how our government should work. (do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America)

For reference the original version from the founding of the United States s attached below:

I know from 15 years of personal experience that DEI improves excellence in the systems in which it's deployed. Whereas outcomes generated by a system of white cis heterosexual men living inside an echo chamber are often fairly mediocre. That's why they find DEI so threatening.

Oh lovely, even more McCarthyism. Actually, it also reminds me of the Johns Committee in Florida history, which was education-specific and started out as an effort to undermine the NAACP but then turned into an anti-LGBTQ+ witch-hunt, at least until they finally got so weird that the public sentiment turned against them (look up the Purple Pamphlet). The Johns Committee's impact on Florida's LGBTQ+ community in higher education is documented in Rita Mae Brown's "Rubyfruit Jungle". This was nearly two decades before Anita Bryant did her thing. Sigh. The cycle repeats.
