This is great, but will they appeal. I don’t want to be a downer, but I expect an appeal. These anti- trans ignorant people will keep trying to stop care anyway they can. I truly wish that this decision will stay and expand to the rest of our country. Here’s to an end of this persecution.
Good news! I remember Amy Coney Barrett arguing that transgender people are not a "class" (in the Skrmetti case). Nice to see this class action recognized.
If I understand the law correctly and without getting into weeds of Skrmetti (which, if anyone cares, I wrote about at https://substack.com/@whoviating/p-166303475), the difficulty with trans folks being a class is that not all trans folks are equally situated.
But all trans folks currently in a prison in GA certainly are.
Please, let the good news rain down!
The best will be when a few of the worst of those conspiring to destroy and hurt us get death sentence, as they very well deserve.

This is good news! So grateful for everyone fighting this absurd battle to let human beings exist. Thanks Erin for your reporting.

Great to hear some justice against state sponsored bigotry is still being ruled in favor for trans people by the courts!
Good news, appreciate the reporting!
