The silver lining of this bill is that it ensnares cisgender women who don't pass as cisgender. The only way all this madness stops is when it starts negatively impacting straight people's lives. I figure that just by sheer numbers, the phobes are going to get 10 false positives for every trans person they successfully clock.
Oh, absolutely! Tie up the courts with stupid cases in which women have to prove their sex. Some will have the convenience of being able to show a birth certificate proving they bore children.
