Henry Cuellar (TX-28), Vicente Gonzalez (TX-34), and Don Davis (NC-01) voted with Republicans to strip healthcare from trans youth. Democrats.
TX-28: Biden+4. Cuellar survived an FBI raid-he's vulnerable.
TX-34: Biden+15. No excuse for this vote in a district this blue.
NC-01: Biden+7. Davis is a freshman. He can be primaried.
Trans kids deserve healthcare. These seats are winnable. Find progressive challengers, support local organizers, and make these votes cost them their careers.
We must quit supporting these democrats who do their constituents and all trans youth harm. We must give everyone of our representatives and senators the message it doesn’t pay for them to keep harming transgender party and support grassroots candidates who listen .
I encourage folks here to get involved in grassroots organizations and indivisible is very accessible. They have a national meeting on zoom every Thursday at 2 pm central . Sign up and attend . I believe you get a recording of it if you sign up to attend and can’t make it .
They work with every other grassroots group in nation and have many local groups in towns and cities participating and planning actions and soon the next years actions as we approach
The election . They have a lot to say about the Democratic Party who supports candidates who are big fund raisers for the party over grass roots candidates that listen ! It sounds like the next No Kings Day is being planned and will be announced soon but there is much work being done everyday , every week and this can change our country and make it better than it was before with more concern for everyone .

I'm hoping the Republicans who voted Nay on this actually are growing a conscience, but it's difficult to tell. I know here in Southeastern PA that Brian Fitzpatrick is in a very purple county (Bucks, just outside of Philly) that went VERY blue in November, which was surprising. I think he's getting worried about his job.

I saw on LGBTQ+Nation the carve outs for cis kids to receive identical care in that horrific bill. I also read about the lists that some states are curating of trans people. What.the.fuck.is.happening??? Someone make it stop. Please just make it stop.
