They don't even know the difference between transgender and intersex. All they're going to do is arrange a token arrest of an over the top actor, and then use it to harass, intimidate, and do violence against innocent people. No one wants to take their business to a place so antagonistic to its people. It's unstable. It doesn't produce workers who can reliably perform their duties because the monstrous government will remove them from circulation over nothing. It's like being ruled by the evil, violent cult from Children of the Corn. Nothing and nowhere is safe, and there is no hope of making a better life for yourself there.
If it passes, I would love to roll up with my birth certificate and enter the women's bathroom because I would be stopped or questioned due to my undeniably male appearance and presentation. And then I would tell the people outraged by my presence that they can thank their "police jury" for the uncomfortableness of the situation because I would rather go into the mens bathroom to avoid making people uncomfortable. I say I would love to but I no longer have my birth certificate since the federal government never returned mine after I got a passport back in the beginning of 2025 just before the orange got into office.
