The only reason trans people in sports is brought up not because of any "biological advantage" (and considering how much estrogen and progesterone trans women take which result in decreased muscle mass, no advantage at all), but because the transphobes don't want *any* trans woman to compete in *any* competition at all, ever. They want trans people out of public life, period.

Just the phrase, "Some of the most influential anti-trans lobbyists in this arena, such as Terry Schilling of the American Principles Project, have stated that sports are an easy way to sell anti-trans policies to people who might otherwise reject discrimination.", highlights the disingenuous efforts of the anti-trans movement in their desperate attempts at convincing people of things that aren't true all in the name of personal gain. Little do they know, the universe is predicated on the truth and will eventually be the demise of this movement.

I used to compete in the 8 and 9 ball competition for the U.S. Open Pool Championship. When I began transitioning in 2019, I contacted the ruling body of the APA (American Pool

Players Association) and asked if my transitioning would preclude me from entering the Woman’s U.S. Open and was told that it did not.

The APA takes detailed account of all its members wins and losses. Those records are evidence that skill levels are established on a very equal win/loss basis for men and women. The fact that there are Men’s, Women’s and Mixed teams is to include more players in the sport, rather than the separation of teams based upon what gender they are expressing.

Bans such as this, of course, are not motivated by a belief that trans people are really better at anything. Instead, it’s all about hatred, bigotry, and wanting there to be no trans people in public life. Also, with some misogyny often thrown in (hence the greater prevalence of sports bans affecting trans women vs. trans men). Sports and activity bans are also perceived as an “easy sell” to a general public who would otherwise tend to resist most types of discrimination.

It is funny that transphobes believe some of the most beautiful women in the world are secretly trans, that we're stronger, faster, and now even apparently more cognitively competent.

It's this weird inferiority complex that reminds me of the "jews are running the world" people.

But it's true! There are a lot of beautiful trans women out there! Comedienne Stacy Cay is one such person (of many)!

Fun challenge of the day: Try to be transphobic without also being incredibly misogynistic.

Good luck.
