This fucking administration’s decision to weaponize U.S. foreign aid — threatening more than $30 billion in global assistance — by expanding the Mexico City policy to punish organizations working on reproductive health, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and what it cynically labels “gender ideology” is nothing short of authoritarian, immoral, and profoundly harmful.
This reckless policy turns American diplomacy and humanitarian leadership on its head.
Where U.S. foreign aid has historically supported lifesaving health care, gender equity, HIV and malaria treatment, maternal and child health, and inclusive education, this administration now demands ideological fealty as a condition of aid.
By forcing NGOs, UN agencies, and other partners to choose between their mission and U.S. funding, our government is exporting a narrow domestic culture war abroad — undermining decades of bipartisan progress in global health, human rights, and democratic partnership.
Cutting funds from organizations that support gender diversity, transgender rights, inclusive workplaces, and equitable treatment of women and marginalized communities doesn’t “protect life” — it endangers lives.
It sabotages essential services, deepens inequality, and strips away rights under the guise of political dogma. This isn’t leadership — it’s ideological coercion in the name of ideology.
The United States should be strengthening international cooperation, defending human rights, and supporting the health and dignity of all people — not imposing a political purity test that punishes the most vulnerable.
This policy not only insults our partners abroad, it diminishes America’s moral standing on the world stage and jeopardizes the health and wellbeing of millions of women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and communities who depend on these critical services.

If you have the courage, make every gender critical person you can whom you know in life to try to define what the "gender ideology" they think they are fighting is. Make them own it, and tell them to their face that they want to force some boys to have and grow up with breasts and periods, and, to force some girls to have and grow up with beards and deep voices. They want to hurt those kids with their own sex.
