To the surprise of no one paying attention and the uncountable tears of the innocent caught up in this blood-ridden moral panic. Unforgivable.

Those that hate us are perfectly Ok with us dying by whatever means is most effective and efficient

It is so sad to know that at some level this is what people want; they want us to go away, even if that means taking our own lives. Heartbreaking and so predictable.

Government officials across the world have traditionally given the LGBTQIA communities and especially the Transgender community nothing but LIP SERVICE when it comes to their support for those communities! And they then attack us with their hate legislation and lies about our communities! They aren’t worth it spit it would take to blow them away! Government is NOBODY’S Friend but Billionaires and their Corporations! They have no business being there At All! This world will Never Progress forward until Capitalism dies and we all establish a society based upon love of our selves and our World Family…The Human Race! The next Nuremberg Trials will begin the healing process by getting rid of the evil of capitalist tyrants and their Greed! Up With The PEOPLE AND DOWN WITH THE TYRANTS! 😈🔥❤️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🖕🏽

Capitalism can not be made to die, because it is liberty itself. They are the same thing. It is the right to own yourself and to own property. Either we have that or we are slaves.

"and we all establish a society based upon love of our selves and our World Family"

Never has existed, never can, and never will, not as a net positive thing. Dunbar's Number has its due. In fact, the collectivist ideas you praise are the embodiment of the idea we should hate each other and be backstabbing, crab bucketing thieves and spies -- and it has always happened that way and the worse and faster the more whip hands turn to it. From New Harmoney to North Korea along the Shining Path with stopovers in Stalin's Gulags and the Lives of Others and at the skull pyramids in the Killing Fields, it can not work, never has and never will.

Unlike capitalism, which works very well unless you don't own capital or have drunk the kool-aid? You have no clue what you're talking about Talia, and just look like a fool saying it.

Talia Perkins's avatar

Near everyone has capital, Vox (guess what, even labor is that), and as for how communism dealt with those it thought problematic to exist -- look at Hungary's orphanages or Stalin's samovar soldiers -- communism is ever thus. The least bad it is, is New Harmony's useless halls, emptied out. I know you have no clue. You know nothing real about it.

Vox Populi's avatar

Dude labor is literally not capital, that's why there's a distinction. You know NOTHING, Talia. You're an ignorant fool with delusion of intelligence.

Talia Perkins's avatar

Not a dude here, and the idea labor -- human skill and effort -- is not a part of the production process . . . that is one of Marx's hallucinations.

It is not reality, I know that.

Vox Populi's avatar

> that is one of Marx's hallucinations

Says the girlie hallucinating her own political theory.

And here at least, conspiracy to violate the rights of American citizens even by government, is a crime. It can rise to being a felony punishable by capital punishment.

Recent data and reports indicate serious and concerning trends in deaths among transgender and gender-diverse people in both the United Kingdom and the United States, highlighting the multiple and interrelated risks facing these communities.

In the UK, newly released freedom-of-information data suggests a significant number of suicides among transgender youth over the last several years, with 46 trans children under 18 dying by suicide between 2019 and 2025 according to the National Child Mortality Database. Much of this increase occurred in periods associated with reduced access to gender-affirming healthcare and heightened societal scrutiny over such services.

Meanwhile, in the United States, consistent tracking by advocacy groups like the Human Rights Campaign Foundation shows fatal violence against transgender and gender-nonconforming people continuing at high levels.

At least 399 cases of lethal violence have been recorded since 2013, with 27–36 trans people known to have been murdered in the past year alone, and Black trans women disproportionately affected by these killings.

Both contexts reflect multiple drivers of mortality, including:

Elevated rates of suicide among transgender youth linked to stigma, discrimination, and restricted access to gender-affirming care.

Homicides and fatal violence heavily concentrated among transgender women, particularly those who are people of colour, often in settings where transphobic hate crimes and social marginalization are factors.

Underreporting and misclassification of deaths, which can obscure the full scale of the problem and make accurate tracking more difficult.

These patterns underscore broader public health and human rights concerns: hostile social climates, harmful rhetoric in public policy debates, and barriers to supportive healthcare are all linked to increased risk of death among transgender people in both the UK and the US.

That number is likely much smaller than reality. I can't count how many times I have heard friends of those who have died say that the family took away their identity during memorial services, deadnaming and misgendering their own loved one.

Thanks for this news, as heartbreaking as it is. That we have politicians deciding our fate is deplorable. I want trans kids protected! I want them to be able access the care they need! I know this is a cruel world, and it's also beautiful. We must encourage legislators to see the beauty in human diversity! We must help them understand that we are all a part of nature and that nature is beautifully rich and diverse. We must! Stay Strong Everyone. No matter your political philosophy, we are better together and stronger in numbers! Sending love and strength and courage to everyone!

Another death in Palo Alto last week. "She hoped her death would bring people together; call attention to the trans suicide epidemic; and raise $1 million for the Trevor Project" https://padailypost.com/2026/02/09/suicide-victims-family-posts-remembrance-of-daughter-who-wanted-to-bring-people-together/

The contrast between the two data sets proves the point that gender affirming care saves lives.

But it goes against the narrative

Talia Perkins's avatar

The gender critical, Social Conservative narrative, yeah that one. Reality is its own narrative.

So much for the greatness of the Labour Party, yeah?

Which was the intention of the haters. They want us all dead. Fuck them.

When the first figures (critiqued in the Appleby report) were published, I very much found myself wondering about the discount the government apparently applied to trans suffering in its decision making. I came to the conclusion Wes Streeting thinks a good many trans deaths are a price worth paying if it stops one cis person making a non-fatal mistake that they go on to regret. That remains true whether you go by the Appleby assessment or these new numbers (I'd very much like to see Professor Appleby pressed on this publicy). It was also very troubling to read that 16.5% of all suicides among young people in the UK over the time period specified involved LGBTQ+ U18s.

In the interests of balance though, it probably needs pointing out that the National Child Mortality Database figures do not say how many of those children were on the Tavistock waiting list or being cared for by the service. Thus the government can still claim “ah well, you can’t prove Bell v Tavistock or our puberty blocker ban killed anyone!” and so absolve itself on a technicality.

I feel so sick, I have written multiple times to my MP and other politicians, It was obvious to me what would happen from the start, I have shouted about it at protests, I have spoken to journalists. In my book all the politicians that made this happen should be on trial for murder!

I've emailed several UK related TG people I know of, Jamie Dodger, Abigail Thorne, etc. Please do the same, surely we can get this on the record in front of Parliament.
