Given the legal reasoning in the district court's dismissal, I suspect it's unlikely that the relevant circuit court will hear the case. Gaines is trying to use a law that clearly does not apply. Few appeals court judges, even tRump-appointed ones, will be eager to invent some way to give Gaines standing in this case.
The Supreme Court is another matter, because Thomas and Alito are corrupt to the core and the rest of the "conservative" justices are basically fascists, or at least fascist enablers. But the Supreme Court gets thousands upon thousands of requests to hear appeals every year, and they only choose a hundred or so. I doubt this will be one of them.
I'm sure the "conservative" majority on the Supreme Court will find plenty of ways to screw over trans people while they're in power. I just don't expect this case to be one of those ways.

Riley Gaines might just as well sue because she was "forced" to attend a college where a Trans girl also attended, or "forced" to live in a universe where Trans women also live. If Trump hadn't gutted the EPA, she could sue for having to breath the same air.
