All the individuals you spoke of should be remembered for their accomplishments not just during black history month, but all the time along with all the others that make contributions to there community and society
There's a great documentary about Pauli Murray: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uh4r95VBU2Q. I think of Pauli often when I walk along Central Park North. There's a small plaque honoring them in front of the building where they lived between Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd and Frederick Douglass.
