Last week Dr. Ryan McDonough was arrested on ten counts of possession of child sexual abuse material. Over the weekend, his family home went up in flames.
The psychological defense mechanism of appearing to publicly be opposing what they secretly are guilty of indulging in in private . . . with the weirdness being they actually think GAC is child abuse of some sort where they want in both cases to own and control kid's genitals.
Not in this case, at least not in any real-world sense. Trans people are not pedophiles. This vile pervert used an entire (if small) population of innocent people as a way to deflect attention away from his own disgusting activities. He was already decompensating, as shown by his inability to function in his official role. Then came self-immolation. He presumably, in his own mind, sent himself to hell.
What the hell is this trend of men who are supposedly working in children's interest having these abominable traits and habits? I just don't get it. It's beyond pathological lying. It's truly the living monster, the scary man who for some reason has access to kids. But he was going to work against transgender rights, that sure is out-there stuff compared to pedophilia, heh, what a sick fuck. I hope he rots in prison.
If you look at the number of politicians and people in positions of power who have been convicted or have overwhelming evidence against them but not prosecuted due to powerful connections, the overwhelming majority are Republicans or right-wing affiliated.
All of this anti-trans nonsense is nothing more than cover for their own actions and guilty conscious.
Sounds like a plot to a bad movie. This doctor does know how far genetic testing has come so if that body is not his, they will know very quickly. But also, just yuck, horrible.
Unfortunately it only takes a few who for ignorant reasons have a fear of anything they don’t understand Who through ignorance refuse to learn what healthcare for the trans community means for their lives, their future, happiness and well being. These politicians and doctors that think they know what’s best everyone else, who hide their own dark secrets need to be outed in the public very loudly.
It betrays a fundamental lack of imagination in conservative thinking that every time they level a false accusation at someone they hate, it turns out to be something they are themselves guilty of. There isn't even the faintest whiff of creativity about their culture war bullshit- it's all recycled hate from centuries past and unforced confessions of their own inner demons.
Because they've all been convinced that being a strong, independent, self-made, self-reliant "man" is the only way to be. There's no creativity because they have no outlet. They're all individually isolated cases just waiting to go off.
JFC, we(as a society at large) need to find a way for guys like this to get help so they stop hurting kids to cover up for the fact that their problem is with liking to hurt and exploit kids.
I'm not sure a "heart" is the best response to what is at its core an unutterably tragic story. How many lives ruined? We can only be grateful the anti-trans care rule didn't go through as a result of this man's self-destruction. Those 100 children can at least get the care they need for a while longer. Cold comfort when all those threats remain, perhaps, but the blow hasn't fallen (yet). We can hope it won't.
Behind damned near every accusation is a confession. I am not shocked at all. Identity Inc is a great organization that is going to be coming to Spokane soon and I can’t wait!
